  4. totally agreed. good only at giving excuses. Full payment made on 27/5 and agreed to deliver on 9/6. A day before, I rang them and the salesperson told me that he has forgotten to arrange the delivery. What a damn salesperson!!!!! Finally, delivery arrange on 16/6 but dissappoint me as well. The marble stand with scratches, how can I accept??? Now got wait till end June or early July since goods are not available.

  5. Strongly agreed. I order a dining table set from them, they ask to confirmed the delivery date and make full payment one month advance. End up they delay the delivery for 2 weeks. The worse part is they deliver the table without the chair!! somemore the table wood slap saiz not correct which make the table shaking, they promise will replace the wood slap but need to wait for another 2 weeks!!! Finally they deliver the chair but this time they sent the wrong wood slap, mine is round dining table but they sent square wood slap!!! Promise to settle for me in few days time but no news until i call them,the answer from them is have to wait until after hari raya!! somemore said this is not their false, ask me to complaint to the delivery dept!such a useless, irresponsible, terrible, rude, rubbish sale person!!! Promised won't buy any single thing from this shop anymore!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Same here. I ordered 24/6 and they only delivered the dining table mid July. Told me the chairs will be delivered before Hari Raya but until now no one called me. This Sun is Hari Raya already. How long do I have to wait???

    Every week, I see their advertisement in the newspapers. How can they do business like that!?

    By the way, what happened at the consumer's court?

  10. My turn to complaint! dont buy furniture from Casarano, they are terrible in delivery arrangement! they r not taking initiative to call you for the delay, even the day before delivery, they have delayed my furniture for 3 months..still no news and given many excuses!!!#@##@

  13. I just saw this post. If I knew earlier, I wouldn't have purchased from them. I've gone through what you guys have gone through. Promise sky high but delivered extremely bad service. Lame excuses for delivery like "lori rosak", "warehouse problem", "ini hari banyak busy", lori driver sakit", etc. I'm just wondering whether they have only one lorry, one driver, one staff to run the whole warehouse? What makes it worst is the marble table is not polished when arrived at my house. I spent nearly 20K with them just to get myself extremely pissed. Called the branch manager and complained this matter. Her response was "Sorry, I'm only working here. Nothing much I can help."

  14. I've also received the same problem here. It's Casarano (At Home Design Sdn Bhd) -the Kota Damansara branch if anyone is asking. I saw their goods at the Perfect Living '12 and decided to buy a table from them due to their competitive price and sweet sales talk. i totally regret my decision now. They're suppose to send the table before Christmas and they missed all three appointments given.I had to have my Christmas family dinner without a dining table- an embarrassment for me.When they finally delivered after New Year, it's defective pulak..! Now still awaiting for replacement table... No more buying from them please no matter how cheap they claim to be. To many lame excuses from the staff and their boss always not around. I'm already mulling to file a complaint to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia if they miss the next appointment. Only RM5 to file.

  17. Same as me!!! Super dissapointment about their service. I order a marble table from them last two weeks but untill now still cannot send it to me. What make us angry is the salesperson even ignore to answer call and explain for the delay. Can't understand they still having this type of services nowadays !!!

    I've made a police report against this company 3 days back. I had a bad experience as well. They dare to talk rude to customer who are in super dissapointment.They didn't deliver my dining table on the confirmed delivery date. When checked, they mentioned that they have called me 2 days before and I didnt answer the call.And when I got furious and raised my voice, the guy shouted at me back asking why am i scolding him early in the morning. Since he was rude over the fone, I went direcly to the office in Puchong to give him some lesson. But when I went there, he looked like a nerd. After I showed him the Invoice, he actually wrongly saw the name which was almost the same as my name in his list. So, the earlier calls he made 2 days back was not to my phone. I screwed him again for the mistake. But it is not over yet. When I checked their system, my name is not in the system at all.So no delivery. He asked me to wait for 1 week to check the availability. I said I want to speak with the person who I made the full payment.Unfortunately, she was not there and when contacted over the fone, I realized that I made a biggest mistake in my life dealing with them. She was not happy as I was very angry on her. She said she refused to talk to a rude person like me. And she asked me to go to police station to make a police report and go to consumer court if I dare.I had to walk in to police station on my house warming day just because of this buggers. They are cheaters and they dont care about customers. I was told by police officer to bring the report I made to tribunal in putrajaya and this is not the first time they recieve complaints about this company. I would suggest that we create a facebook page as an awareness to public to avoid buying anything from this company.

Same to me,i ordered the chairs on 11/1/2013,and was make full payment,the salesman told me have to wait for few weeks because the chairs are import from Vietnam,OK~ i wait,but till now i still in "waiting" situation.and today i went to the outlet, the saleman said cannot predict the shipping date,MAYBE the container will reach next month but doesn't mean the container having my items .
    Going to 4 months already...how long i need to wait? should I lodge a police report ?
    OMG!I just want to buy few chairs only...

  22. I bought a 5 ft Shaana round table and 6 London Chairs from Casarano at their Kota Damansara branch on 25.03.2013. The next day, the sales person called up to inform me the shipment will be in 1 month time, which is different from what I was being told before I made my deposit payment !
    I patiently waited for 1 month and finally the goods are delivered and that’s where my nightmare began:
    1st delivery – 3 out of 6 London chairs are not stable and very shaky, brought the wrong foundation wood slab and hence cannot be installed with the table leg. I lodged a complaint to the Kota Damansara branch and they can only help me to inform the HQ, which is located in Kampung Baru Subang, Selangor.
    I waited for 1 week and I called back to theKota Damansara branch, the Person-in-charge went to Langkawi. Out of desperation to get my table fix, I manage to get the HQ contact number and I rang them directly to follow up with my case. After my explanation on my case, the PIC, Miss Shirley, has scheduled the 2nd delivery for me to replace me with the new London chairs and Wood Slab.
    2nd delivery ( 7 days after the 1st delivery) - The worker brought another foundation wood slab but they still cannot install due to the marble table top does not have table locks! My temper really shoot up this round as I wonder how can the worker never notice this defect on the 1st delivery ?? I brought up this to Miss Shirley again and she apologized to me and assured me she will send more skilful workers on the next appointment.
    3nd delivery ( another 7 days after the 2nd delivery) – 3 workers turned up this round and my London chairs have been replaced. Fine, at least the chairs are settled. Now the table nightmare starts. They tried to fix the foundation panel slab with the table leg but apparently they can’t due to all the holes on the slab are not aligned with the table leg hole. Out of no choice, they have to drill new holes on the slab in order to get it fix to the table leg. After this,They started to glue the locks beneath to the table top and guess what, the workers are not skilful and end up, 2 locks are successfully gummed to the table top, 2 locks fell off after 1 hours. Worst still , the workers are not good in aligning and balancing the table top and the table leg. My dining table end up being a shaky dining table with a noisy Lazy Susan ( the small round spinning marble top ).
    I phoned Shirley immediately and told her what have happen and she admitted these 3 workers are not so skilful and apologize for the inconvenience again. The next day, I phoned her twice to find out when my problem can be resolved but she refused to answer my call. I called to their HQ and wanted to obtain the mobile phone number of their boss, Mr Yong. The call answerer refuses to provide me the mobile number and she promises me she will get Shirley to contact me again. I told her I will pay a visit to their office in Kampung Subang if I don’t get any answer from Casarano on the case.
    15 minutes later, Shirley called and as usual, she apologize to me and assured me a new table top with the ready table locks and foundation wood slab will be replaced for me on next Monday ( Again, another 7 days ).
    To summarise my story, as at now, despite shipment time = 1 month time , 3 site visits by theirs workers and numerous phone calls have been made to highlight on my case, I still can’t get a satisfaction on the products I have purchased.

    My advice to all potential Casarano customers, unless you are patient enough to deal with all this kind of shit, don’t be lured by the low price of their products !! Please read more on all the comments and reviews posted on the internet on this company before you make up your mind.

  24. Sungguh menyedihkan.....masalah yang sama juga saya hadapi dengan barang Casarano.Saya terima kaki meja hanya 6 kaki sedangnya saya membuat pesanan untuk 7kaki. Dah la lewat 2 minggu dari tarikh sepatutnye.... kalaula saya tahu masalah ini akan timbul..saya tidak akan membeli barangan Casarano. Akibatnya..tinggallah 8 biji kerusi tanpa meja..Bengang sangat!!!!!.

  27. They damn too much. Im facing the same thing. First they delay to delivery our table, then by the time they send it, wrong spec! Not the table that I ordered! They said they will replace it and again they delay the time they promised! by the day they promised to send, suddenly the driver call and say they the lorry broken down on the way coming. And say that only next week can send it. I tell u...this is truly blafting the customer. They think the customer stupid to listen to that kind of excuses. They are very good in giving excuses....and I don't know when my table will arrive...

  29. Same experience to me..1st they said will come on that day afternoon, then evening, after that lorry breakdown. The driver said will send they day after tomorrow, end up unable to deliver too. Then arrange to be the next day, but time unconfirm. What a poor service!!

  30. I think I m d latest casualty. They promised to deliver a week ago. But till today still no delivery. 1st they said dinning table set already loaded onto lorry and on its way. Call came later that lorry met with an accident. The next day they said the lorry in the police station. The following day the lorry in the workshop. Then they said the lorry for outstation delivery will be done on Friday. Again I waited and today they told me the lorry already on its way to deliver it. Waited and called them and the lorry driver called me saying they were half way to my place. To my shocking surprise, after 10 min the driver could say that he could only deliver to me the following Monday. I am afraid this saga is still ongoing. No integrity at all. Wondering how they do business. Or perhaps this is their way of doing business. Now I couldn't reach them as their phones were unreachable, only voice mail.

  37. I had bought 1 dining table at Casarano Kota Damansara! But luckily, my one was delivered yesterday (On time). Since i had read this forum before, i'm so scared it be happened to me too! The sale person San called up and informed me, the table will delivery on the date requested, i quickly ask for the warehouse no, to double confirm. Warehouse confirmed the delivery! Relieved! Anything, you all can call Warehouse 03-78463135. Might be they can helping you.

I have the same problem...the salesperson Aaron & Lily from Puchong are very rude with empty promises after getting my full payment , their company policy is to collect full payment before delivery, finally when they deliver my Turkey marble dining table which was a wrong type compared to the one I ordered and the chairs has damages on edges .I'm having nightmare getting exchanges from them whereby they say they have no stocks. my order was on 11th Dec '13 ...still waiting for my chairs and my table was not polished.

  41. Dear ALL , I have just got the same problem you all are experiencing , I was searching through and saw all this post. I ordered and made payment , they arrange for 23July2014 delivery , but never tell me a time . my family had to travel to my new house waited and waited and later only to inform will only come 5-6pm. After informing the staff KELLY ( from VIVA , dono why deliver by VIVA ) they say driver cant make it , and will try rearrange to earlier time . Called back and confirm say will be delivering in 1hours time ( mine in 2nd Queu ) , but after 3hours of wait yet no one came deliver. Called back , they say driver really cant makeit . WTFish ! no one call to tell and arrange and make me wait wait wait. And when I call to complain, here push to there and there push to here . Wtf! im so mad , asked them call back no one did .

    Really disappointed with CASARANO , if I have known , I wont buy from CASARANO . Bull their Shxt , gave plenty excuses saying its the kilang and the delivery guy etc . this is your problem of not organizing it well , not my problem !

When i buy in puchong showroom i direct make full payment and sales person also info need waiting 2 month,finally after 2 month table is arrive,one day before delivery day their call me regarding the table size is wrong custom make from china factory.call them also no any person pick up the phone. What the fucking service and bullshit company.

  47. I bought a table from Casarano at KLCC renovation expo last year April 2014. I've made a full payment on March 2015 due to my house not completed yet. I've call them to arrange the delivery this August 2015, you know what, I received an SMS mention that the company director has problem, so there won't be any delivery until both director had settle their problem!!!!!! I've call both the director (Casarano Kota Damansara) branch and both of them give a lot of excuses.
    I've when to Puchong branch Casarano (HQ), there was a lady said that I brought from Casarano dealer not direct from Casarano!!!!!! What the F...K she was talking about, how does we know this is Casarano dealer or HQ. All my receipt letter hear is under Casarano not dealer letter head and when to the show room in Kota Damansara, the signboard was under Casarano also. Casarano Marketing Sdn Bhd just don't want to responsible for this. I've file an complaint with the consumer department and hope their can help.

However, i request them to ban CASARANO in homedec exhibition in future, otherwise more victims like us. Can you let me know how to join you guys group? we need more members to complaint them.
    what the funny thing is, CASARANO want to issue me a lawyer letter. I think this is their tactic to scare customers.

  51. i had ordered a marble table with these jokers 2013 during home fair and paid a deposit . The salesperson informed that i can take my time and make payment. I was having issues to move in to my new place as i did not make the full payment yet until recently i can't get in touch with them at all as i finally got through casarano. She told me agent ran away with the money and my deposit burn..and she said not their problem as many had already lost thousands of ringgit. She did not gave a damn and just told me if wanna report just go ahead ...i screwed her up on the call. I still have my receipt of deposit made with them..how to join u guys and proceed

    1. Hi, which fair you bought? I bought my table at homedec. And homedec is under Cis network Sdn Bhd. You may complaint seriously to the fair in charge company. Now homedec is helping me to solve this case. Please insist your right. Every consumer have their right.

  52. If I win in the court, I will try my best to inform all fair event not to let casarano do exhibition. I believe many of us has been paid a lot of deposit, end up no stock, delay delivery, send us wrong things, if we call to them, they will shouted, threaten, frame us. This company is very big issue. Report polis and Sue them in court you will help a lot of new buyers.

    2. Yes. Please print and fill up form one then make three copies. You need to bring all four copies when filing. They will chop all four then return two copies to you. One is your copy and one for the seller. They will explain how to serve the copy on the seller. hearing date will be fixed on the spot. Our hearing date is one month from filing. So excited! Please wait for my good news. Also apparently all incidental costs may be claimed so do keep track and keep receipts

  61. Casarano is the most terrible furniture company, please don't buy any furniture from them. Micheal in Sutera Mall branch is just full of lies, they can tell all sort of lies to cheat you but not able to deliver the furniture on time. Just bought furniture from them during perfect living in mid March, and now I have spent lots of time to call and chase for my furniture to be delivered. Very terrible company and staff! Stay away from this furniture company - Casarano!
